Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Timeframes
Local Delivery (Within South Africa): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Promotions such as discounted or free shipping may be offered from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this to track your parcel in real time.
Delivery Process
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete.
Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, Soleve is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
In the rare case of a lost parcel, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
